Dear friends of Holy Trinity Chico –

It’s Holy Week! We will meet this Sunday online at 4pm via Zoom to marvel together at the wonder of Christ’s resurrection. To join the meeting, simply click on the link here or on our website here. Check in a little early to make any necessary technical adjustments: we will have the meeting room ready by 3:50pm. I, and the rest of the Leadership Team, really look forward to being together with you this Easter as we celebrate Christ’s victory over death!

Denise Snoke was kind enough to send me a link to the church she attended prior to coming to Chico: Church of the Resurrection in Wheaton. They offer some exceptional resources for Holy Week that you can use devotionally throughout this week. Click here to check them out.

We are really sorry we were unable to record Sunday’s service for those who missed it or wanted to review it! We’ve figured out the problem and now have it fixed, so—Lord willing—we will be able to record our future gatherings. In the meantime, if you would like my notes from Sunday, here they are.

If you are interested in being part of a mid-week fellowship, email me at tom@holytrinitychico.org and let me know which nights of the week can work for you. We are committed to keeping our Sunday gatherings short, but this creates a bit of frustration on our part over not being able to visit and talk more personally with each of you! We hope a mid-week gathering can help address that need as well as be a place for questions and answers, prayer and going deeper into bible study.

Remember this Sunday to bring your bible, bread and wine/grape juice for Holy Communion.

Let’s all remain imaginatively present within the drama of Holy Week, from the terror of Good Friday, to the despair of Holy Saturday to the glory of Resurrection Sunday –
