Dear friends of Holy Trinity Chico –

I hope you are “living loved” this week, taking time to hear your Abba call you—with Christ—his Beloved If you missed last Sunday’s service, you can access Tom’s message notes and slides here.

This week, we will consider what it looks like to “do life” together as God’s New Humanity bound in covenant relationship to Him as his Church, Christ’s bride and body. Our text will be Ephesians 4:1-6, although the whole chapter is a powerful description of what God wants his church to look like. As we continue our walk through the fifty days of the Easter season, we will look forward to Ascension Day (May 21st) and Pentecost Sunday (May 31st).

This Sunday, we will meet online at the usual time: 4pm via Zoom. To join the meeting, click here: https://zoom.us/j/99682661163 or on our website. As always, it’s best to check into the Zoom chat room a little early to make any necessary technical adjustments: we will have the meeting room ready by 3:50pm.

We would love to have you join our Thursday night community meeting for fellowship, prayer and bible study. Here is the Zoom link. The time is 7-8ish p.m. Join us if you don’t already have a commitment. We’d love to be with you!

Remember this Sunday to bring your bible, bread and wine/grape juice for Holy Communion.

In Christ’s love –

Tom
